Amunix is actively seeking partnerships for application of its XTEN technology or for further development of its internal product pipeline. We are looking for synergistic alliances wherein partner organizations provide expertise in specific disease areas (IP, assays, preclinical models, clinical trials) and Amunix provides expertise in use of XTEN (IP, expression, purification, characterization, assays). 2012

Amunix signed a collaboration agreement with a large U.S. pharma company to apply XTEN to an undisclosed target.
Amunix signed an expansion of an ongoing collaboration agreement with a top-10 large pharma company to apply XTEN to an undisclosed target.
Amunix signed a collaboration agreement with a top-10 large pharma company to apply XTEN to undisclosed targets.
Amunix signed a collaboration agreement with Shire to apply XTEN to an undisclosed target.

2011

Amunix has a research collaboration with Biogen Idec on XTEN–derivatives of blood factors (FVIIa, FVIII and FIX) with improved therapeutic properties.  For more information, see the press release.

2010

Diartis is a clinical development spin-out from Amunix that has recently completed a Phase I clinical trial of Exenatide-XTEN. For more information, see www.diartispharma.com.

Versartis is a clinical development spin-out from Amunix that has recently completed a Phase I clinical trial of growth hormone-XTEN. For more information, see www.versartis.com.

2007

Amunix signed a three-year collaboration agreement with Pfizer.  Pfizer selected multiple compounds that are undergoing further development.
