As patents and other proprietary rights are critical to our business, Amunix has filed patent applications in the U.S. and other foreign countries to protect our intellectual property rights in our core technology areas, as well as product-specific applications based on our proprietary technology.

Amunix has filed comprehensive applications to cover the XTEN platform technology and a broad range of XTEN compounds, as well as applications for pharmaceutical products enhanced by XTEN.

As of November 2010, Amunix has 20 US utility and PCT applications (7 of which are unpublished), 21 national stage filings for 3 patent families, and five provisional applications pending.
